Join us April 28, 1-2 PM EDT for an online Q&A event to explore your questions about building your influence so you can work more effectively. Talk with an Expert: Ethical Influence is your opportunity to learn more about what makes people influential and get answers to your pressing questions about how you can use influence strategies effectively with Dr. Paula Caproni, an expert in leadership, interpersonal skills and team development.
Prior to the live event, you’ll be provided with a short recording of Professor Caproni sharing insights into the psychology of how people make decisions and proven strategies for appealing to people’s natural inclinations to evoke positive responses. Then, on April 28, you’ll explore your questions about how you can use your new understanding of how people make decisions and influence strategies to work more effectively.
About the event

The first part of the event is a 20-minute video featuring Professor Caproni which you will be able to watch at your convenience in the weeks prior to the live event. The second part is a videoconference Q&A session April 28, 1-2 PM EDT in which you Professor Caproni will answer your critical questions based on the video.
Given the types of questions that may arise in a conversation about influence and interacting with your colleagues, we encourage you to participate individually so you can freely explore your questions.
