Finding Your Career Strategy

We often talk about career planning as the act of sitting down to think about our dreams, goals and aspirations, followed by listing off all the things we need to do in order to get there. In this 99u article, Matthew May urges us to consider a new definition of career planning. In fact, he tells us to throw away the word “planning” all together. Instead, he finds that it is more about a strategy. It is not a to-do list, but a thoughtfully considered set of choices.
