2026 Alumni Offerings

For those who haven’t yet heard the news, 2026 will be NAS’s final year in our current form. While there’s uncertainty ahead, we recognize that we have a unique opportunity now to show up for our community of leaders in challenging times. To meet this moment, we’re leveraging our financial resources and our incredible team to invest $1M back into programming for our alumni community.

With our private foundation status, there are constraints on how this money can be spent, but many ways to put it to good use. Our intention is to re-invest in our community: to offer the alumni of our many programs over the years the opportunity to reconnect and continue learning with and from one another.

The following is our current list of 2026 offerings.

Offerings for All NAS Alumni

The following offering is available to anyone who has ever participated in an NAS program.

Alumni Peer Exchange Groups (PEGs)

Want to connect with fellow NAS alumni in a guided virtual space meant to support you through whatever you’re navigating in this moment? Piloted by NAS in 2023, PEGs have become a core part of our programs. They’re small groups of leaders that come together online for six 90-minute sessions, guided by an experienced NAS coach-facilitator. They’re designed as a supportive and confidential space, a place to set and achieve meaningful goals and work through challenges with trusted peers and expert facilitation. Whatever you’re navigating or working towards, PEGs can meet you there.

  • Cost: Free
  • Location: Virtual
  • Timing: PEGs meet every other week over 3 months at a mutually agreed upon time. There are two waves of 2026 PEGs, one in June and another in September.
  • Sign ups now open for September PEGs

If you’ve ever participated in an NAS program, we welcome and encourage you to join us for PEGs. Feel free to invite your NAS alumni friends to join you. Connection is what this is all about!

Program-Specific Offerings

Over the past few years, this community has had the opportunity to come together with folks from across NAS programs through our all-alumni Homecomings. Collectively, we experienced the incredible power of those gatherings, and we hope you’ll leverage our partnership with AFTA to keep that magic of in-person connection across programs going.

What many of you haven’t had a chance to do in recent years is reconnect with the program and people that brought you to NAS in the first place. That’s what the offerings below are designed for. While we aren’t able to organize gatherings for every program we’ve ever run (there have been many), the vast majority of you will be eligible to participate in one of these opportunities. For those that aren’t, we’re excited to have you in our PEGs and/or at AFTACON, and stay tuned in case more offerings become available!

Please note: none of these opportunities are mutually exclusive. We welcome you to participate in any/all that serve you!
