Paula J. Caproni teaches in the Management and Organizations Department at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, one of the leading business schools in the country where she also serves as the Director for the MBA program. In addition to her extensive teaching, Professor Caproni researches the complex human relationships in organizations and is an executive coach and consultant. Her book, Management Skills for Everyday Life: The Practical Coach, now in its second edition, is designed to help managers enhance their job effectiveness, career potential, and general well-being.
Join Professor Caproni and NAS for a small group Q&A session about influence December 9, 1:00-2:00 PM EST. Prior to the live event, you’ll have access to a recording of Professor Caproni discussing universal forms of influence and how you can use them to work more effectively. She will use the video as a launching point for the small group discussion – limited to 12 logins – which will enable you to explore your questions directly with Professor Caproni.
Space for Talk with an Expert: Ethical Influence is strictly limited to ensure the highest level of engagement. We encourage you to attend with a group of your colleagues, and have prepared suggestions for how to make the most of this event as a team learning experience. Tuition is $95 per login, regardless of the number of participants.
