Formula For Change

Below is the formula for successfully bringing about change. If the product of the variables on the left-hand side of the formula are greater than the variable on the right, change will happen. Why multiplication and not addition? Because elements of each variable must be present. If any of the left-hand variables have a value of 0, you will be incapable of overcoming the resistance to change.

D = discomfort or dissatisfaction. V = vision. F = first step. R = resistance to change.
