Jamey Stowell

Senior Director, Programs

Jamey Stowell is Senior Director, Programs, at National Arts Strategies. Mr. Stowell works closely with NAS faculty to direct development, design and dissemination of three NAS seminars: Strategy; Creative Alliances; and Managing People. He also develops Alumni Sessions, which are seminar-related follow-up engagements delivered to alumni groups either in-person or as distance learning. Furthermore, Stowell is responsible for NAS’ Facilitation and Advisory Services in which NAS staff consult directly to arts and culture organizations, most often as a way to deepen company engagement with seminar-related frameworks.

 

Previously, Mr. Stowell was an organization development consultant specializing in the areas of team building, communication, and experiential education. Mr. Stowell consulted in the development of, and served as faculty associate for, the Executive Program for Non-profit Leaders in the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He also led sections of the Stanford MBA course Interpersonal Dynamics from 1999-2002. Mr. Stowell earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from Duke University, and Master’s degree in Education Policy from Stanford University.
