Arts and culture organizations have been particularly impacted by recent economic turmoil. Given that, what can you do to provide your staff with the support and motivation they need to give their best so your organization can be its best? This small group discussion gave participants the opportunity to explore their questions about creatively attracting, motivating and retaining staff with a leading expert in human resource management, Dr. Diane Burton.
