| Everything your organization does – from the services you provide to the processes you use – affects how people remember your organization. No matter what your job, you play a critical part in creating experiences that engage your community. How can you adapt and design that experience so it deepens customer loyalty and appeals to new audiences? How can you generate and evaluate new ideas? How can you build support and momentum so you can effectively execute new ideas?
