How you will benefit

This session will help you develop the financial acumen to make decisions that both maximize mission achievement and strengthen your organization’s financial health.  By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Make better decisions based on improved understanding of financial implications and options
  • Anticipate and prepare for critical questions about the financial decisions you make
  • Use financial data to communicate effectively how you use your resources to meet your goals
