The Chief Executive Program™
Change Leadership Support
One of the most fundamental challenges in any leadership program is bringing new ideas and solutions back to the team and integrating them into their organizations and their communities. National Arts Strategies has developed a slate of tools and resources for The Chief Executive Program to help support participant efforts to lead change.
At each of the three educational convenings, faculty will work with participants to create a management agenda to help cement the learning and jumpstart real change in these participants’ institutions and communities.
To further help change take root within institutions and communities, participants will have ongoing access to the content from the educational convenings. These issue briefings, frameworks and tools can be shared with their allies in the change process – colleagues, board members and other key stakeholders. Deepening their organizations’ and communities’ understanding of the issues will help pave the way for meaningful change.
We will offer small-group online discussions to allow the chief executives to deepen their understanding and create more opportunities to move their ideas forward. Participants will be able to identify which topics or frameworks to explore.
To bolster collaboration, we will create an online space to highlight and discuss the work being done by participants of The Chief Executive Program – what ideas have been generated; what approaches have been taken to implement them; what roadblocks have been encountered. This online tool will be a private work area available only to this community of leaders.
In this brief video Gail Crider, one of our Vice Presidents here at NAS, discusses the Change Leadership Support options featured in The Chief Executive Program.
