The Chief Executive Program™
Amplification

We believe that the new ideas generated by The Chief Executive Program will have the power to strengthen institutions and help build a stronger arts and culture community. We have developed a series of activities to help participants share these new ideas with the broader cultural sector. By giving this exceptional group of executives a platform to present and discuss their work, we hope to not only help raise the level of awareness for these individuals but also raise the level of discussion on the critical issues facing the cultural sector.

Throughout The Chief Executive Program, we will produce videos featuring participants discussing their projects and their experiences leading change. These videos will be posted online and will be available for download. We hope that these will inspire other leaders to take a fresh look at their organizations and the challenges they face.

After each educational convening, we will produce a blog series featuring ideas and issues from The Chief Executive Program. These posts will focus on participants’ thoughts and experiences grappling with the key challenges facing the field. By sharing these insights online, we will open up dialogue with the larger community.

We also will work with conference organizations to include panels and presentations that showcase participants and their work. These opportunities will be geared toward other executives and will feature models for change within the nonprofit cultural sector.

This video clip features Dallas Shelby, Director, Communications for NAS, discussing our approach to sharing the work and ideas generated by The Chief Executive Program.
