The Leadership Training Program for Senior Arts and Culture Executives was be presented in Hong Kong in 2014 in partnership with Hong Kong Arts Administrators Association with support from Hong Kong Arts Development Council.
The program was designed to help senior arts and culture executives explore strategic challenges, access the best thinking from outside the cultural sector and apply those concepts and frameworks in their own organizations and communities. Participants also deepened their professional networks, working with fellow senior executives from Hong Kong and around the Asia-Pacific region.
The program was built around two learning cycles with activities designed to help leaders explore, reflect, apply and share concepts and ideas around the topics of strategy, positioning, innovation and leading change. These two sessions featured Paula Caproni and Jeffrey Sanchez Burks of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan as well as NAS team members Gail Crider and Dallas Shelby.
